Ryze Psychology provides mental health services for individuals of ages 6 years of age up to 64 years of age in the state of Colorado.
We collaborate closely with you, considering all aspects of your life to develop personalized, holistic treatment plans focused on your unique needs and goals.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a fee. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for a follow-up appointment or 15 minutes late for an intake appointment, you may need to reschedule, and the full appointment fee will apply.

No, only telehealth appointments. For telehealth appointments, you must be in a private location with stable Wi-Fi to ensure a secure and effective session.
Provider(s) are license in Colorado and therefore unable to see patients in other states over telehealth. If you log on from outside Colorado, the appointment will end immediately and will be considered a no-show appointment.
Please note, telehealth services are for non-emergent services. If you are in a crisis and need immediate support, please go to your nearest emergency room or call 911.
No, virtual appointments are for individualized care.
Ryze Psychiatry is currently accepting self- pay services, while pending acceptance of insurance providers at this time. Patients may file and often be reimbursed for services provided by Angela Lang as a non-participating provider through their own private insurance plans.
Cash, check, and major credit cards are accepted. Then, if applicable, the patient may file to be reimbursed by their insurance company. The reimbursement process is fairly straightforward.
Follow-up appointments are typically scheduled every 2-4 weeks, depending on your treatment plan and progress. However, the frequency of follow-ups will be discussed and determined during your initial evaluation.
For your first appointment, please bring the following:
• Any medical records or previous psychiatric evaluations that may be relevant to your care.
• A list of any current medications you are taking, including over-the-counter medications and supplements.
• Any questions or concerns you may have regarding your treatment.
Find a quiet, private location with stable Wi-Fi to ensure a secure and effective session. Make sure your device's camera and microphone work, and have any relevant medical or medication history ready to discuss with your provider. A valid ID required before first session. Please do not drive or use substances. Dress appropriately as if you were seeing your provider in person.
Yes, if you are prescribed any controlled substances, you will be required to have an in-person appointment at least every 6 months, in addition to drug screening and vital sign assessments. Since we provide only Telehealth services, in person evaluations will need to be conducted by a medical provider with approval for controlled substances. Additionally, you must be seen at a minimum every 2 months for follow-up appointments via Telehealth appointments.
In person appointments are required by the Ryan Haight Online Pharmacy Consumer Protection Act of 2008, which is a federal law enacted to amend the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) by regulating the internet dispensing of controlled substances.
Telehealth provides great opportunities for mental health care, which safety comes first with medication management. We will require a medical evaluation by a practitioner, to allow continuity of care.
The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) covers qualifying life events. At Ryze Psychiatry, does provided documentation for FMLA is for mental health conditions. Charges may apply.
Genetic testing analyzes your DNA, to help understand how your body may respond to certain medications. If appropriate, we can provide a referral to GeneSight® , which may help identify medications that could be more active or treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health conditions.

Yes. Our licensed provider can prescribe and manage medication only when clinically appropriate. You'll meet virtually for an evaluation, and any prescripts are sent directly to your preferred pharmacy.
